“Prsonal development” – Mission of each individuals

With a team of more than 250 talented engineers and strong foundations in the factory, technology, engineering, construction… BM Windows is in the development phase to implement the new mission: International quality products. And to achieve that, BM Windows’ priority strategic action is the company development and self-development of every individual that is also the main message of the 5th BM Vision Club with the theme “Personal Development” was held on the morning of 25/11/2017 at Van Thanh, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

With a comprehensive, multi-dimensional view from the current opportunities and challenges of BM Windows, Mr. Dao Tuan Khoi – Business Management Consultant, who has more than 25 years experience as Senior Manager at large Corporation, has taken the most practical action to develop the company. According to Mr. Dao Tuan Khoi, in order to achieve the goal of International Quality Product in the next two years, the focus of BM Windows needs to include: quality, service, system, innovation and human. In particular, Mr. Dao Tuan Khoi emphasized, the foundation for all the factors on sustainable development that is human resource. The future of BM Windows depends on the current BM Windows team. Therefore, each individual must realize his/ her role and mission in the overall development of the company. The mission must be linked to the interests of the company benefits and for the common goal.

So, how do we grow and develop ourselves? Mr. Dao Tuan Khoi emphasized, there is no other way that each individual must: Be ready to change for development; Study, Study more, Study forever; See your own weaknesses. On the company side, BM Windows will continue to develop strong systems, professional/ technical training, build company culture and create good environment for everyone to work with happiness and passion. In addition to the topic of “Personal Development”, Mr. Tran Van Tien – General Director BM Windows said: The ultimate goal of the BM is to build the system, develop the human resource. These are the brave people who take the opportunity and dare to face the challenge, with the belief: “In one day, we will build a stable BM Windows home, first leading in International Quality Standards in the aluminum & glass industry in Vietnam. There, the BM Windows will always be proud of the experience and personal touch in the development of the company.”

With the current rapid development pace, BM Windows is executing a series of large projects across the country, the Project Leader is considered as the key manpower at the site, so the role of Project Leader is especially important during the project construction. Mr. Pham Ngoc Duan – Project Manager of BM Windows has shared and discussed in detail: “Role of Project Leader”. With nearly 10 years of experience working in glass and aluminum and taking on important positions at the site, Mr. Pham Ngoc Duan has pointed out the key to the success of a BM Windows Project Leader. According to Mr. Pham Ngoc Duan, the Project Leader shall understand his objectives, power and role in the project. He emphasized that the project leader must be the “reader of the match”, directly mange the project on the schedule, quality, safety, finance, training the next generation… In addition, the Project Leader is the “communication channel” of the BM Windows market because this is the “decisive” step to the success of a product.

In preparation for the upcoming event, in the 5th BM Vision Club, the Board of Directors of the company made decision to set up the Innovation Center and appointed Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as Director. The launch of the “Innovation Center” at the right time to make BM Windows ready for the next action. Board of Managers will lead the team to achieve mission: To become the key to BM Windows to open new doors in the future.
