Managers should completely understand the company’s goals and missions so that they can build a team united by solidarity and competence. To do that, managers need to understand each member’s strengths and assign tasks accordingly, and facilitate flexible interaction to boost effectiveness in achieving the company’s goals. According to Mr. Tran Van Tien, understanding and conveying BM Windows’ core and cultural values properly are the most important habits required for managers to run the company in the most effective manner.
