Marina Central Tower – rising icon of Sai Gon

The Marina Central Tower project (formerly known as The Sun Tower) is a Grade A office building and luxury shopping center located in a prime area of District 1, right next to the city's new riverside square. With direct connectivity to the Ba Son underground station, experts believe it could be the first and only office building in Vietnam to date developed according to the transit-oriented development (TOD) model.

Reaching a height of 240 meters, Marina Central Tower is currently considered the third tallest building in Saigon (after Landmark 81 and Bitexco Tower), positioning BM WINDOWS as the first domestic aluminum and glass contractor to undertake the facade construction of Vietnam's tallest project to date.

With a total height of 55 floors and façade construction reaching the 52nd floor, BM WINDOWS is accelerating towards the finish line: to complete the façade of the MARINA CENTRAL TOWER (The Sun Tower). BM WINDOWS is currently installing the last unitized panels at the highest floors.

To tightly follow the project schedule, BM WINDOWS is demonstrating flexibility in construction solutions for a towering structure of 240 meters, particularly as the rainy season approaches in Saigon.

Performing works at a height of 240 meters in the final phase, BM WINDOWS Steering Board is also exerting all efforts to finalize the sparkling "attire" for the entire structure appearance.
