The “English Club” Journey Rolls On
Developing English language skills is increasingly urgent and plays a significant role in our company's strategy, especially as both domestic and international facade projects involve international elements.
To cultivate an environment for practicing and boosting the English learning spirit, the Internal affairs department has initiated English club meetings at project sites, offices, and factories. From the initial gatherings to now, the English Club committee has established a routine of regular activities, fostering a proactive learning spirit in every department, construction site, and factory. .
The discussion topics are engaging, and the dramatic “combats” create an enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the club's sessions. Each meeting is another chance for members to exchange ideas, express themselves, and improve their communication skills. If we each aim to improve by 1% daily, then English technical documents and meetings with international consultants and clients will no longer pose a challenge. Alongside this, the Committee is continuously updating and suggesting enhancements to ensure that every session brings new knowledge and boosts the confidence of BM Windows members in using foreign languages.
The journey to awaken passion through the English Club is spreading to all BM Windows members, with the involvement of internal collaborators who come together to create content for the club activities. CLB.
