Facade of Future Trends at the 15 Sydney Avenue Project

BM Windows recently secured the contract for the 15 Sydney Avenue project. This luxury, multifunctional complex is strategically located at the heart of Canberra, the capital city of Australia. Working in conjunction with Australia's leading facade specialists, Total Facades and Facade Industry, BM Windows aims to bring the pinnacle of Vietnamese facade design and technology to a project of international repute.

Avenue 15 Sydney Avenue project signing ceremony

The 15 Sydney Avenue building, a premier 33,000 m2 office space, commands a prime location in the picturesque capital city of Canberra, Australia. Situated near government buildings and merely 500 meters from the Parliament House, the project's location underscores its significance.

Drawing on its robust experience and ability to undertake projects at both the national and international levels, BM Windows has been chosen by its partners to deliver the entire aluminum and glass facade system for the 15 Sydney Avenue project. The official signing ceremony took place at the BM WINDOWS office, with representatives from Total Facades and Facade Industry present, highlighting BM WINDOWS' notable return to the Australian market.

The signing ceremony, held at BM Windows' office with participants from Total Facades and Facade Industry, marks BM Windows' striking comeback in Australia.

Facade of Future Trends

Meticulously designed with precise proportions and geometric form, the aesthetic appeal of the 15 Sydney Avenue project shines through its facade materials and design details. The building's first floor features expansive glass panels, fostering a sense of openness and seamless integration with the environment. The facade of the upper floors employs a unitized system, creating a tiered effect that ascends with each level.

BM Windows has exclusively used box glass with a double-sided ceramic coating, enhancing both the visual appeal and energy efficiency of the building. With a U-value of 2.4 W/m2K and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.24, the facade of 15 Sydney Avenue targets a 4.5 NABERS rating and a 5-Star Green Star sustainability standard.
