Facade of Future Trends
Meticulously designed with precise proportions and geometric form, the aesthetic appeal of the 15 Sydney Avenue project shines through its facade materials and design details. The building's first floor features expansive glass panels, fostering a sense of openness and seamless integration with the environment. The facade of the upper floors employs a unitized system, creating a tiered effect that ascends with each level.
BM Windows has exclusively used box glass with a double-sided ceramic coating, enhancing both the visual appeal and energy efficiency of the building. With a U-value of 2.4 W/m2K and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.24, the facade of 15 Sydney Avenue targets a 4.5 NABERS rating and a 5-Star Green Star sustainability standard.
